Project Updates
In August 2021, Dr. Pengfei Zhao published an article about how a family of Chinese descent spent their first 100 hours after the Atlanta Shooting on March 16, 2021, in which a White gunman killed eight people, including six Asian women.
In April 2022, Dr. Zhao and Dr. Li held a professional development workshop in the oldest Chinese language and learning school in Boston.

In April 2021, we received the grants from CRIF and started our research project.
In March 2022, Lucy defended her Master's degree thesis. Link to the thesis information
In September 2022, Dr. Zhao and Dr. Li gave a presentation at Oxford Ethnography and Education Conference, Oxford, UK, about Project RISE.
